There is so much to love and admire about Australia's island state, known affectionately as Tassie. For nearly a week we were able to touch many points of light across this amazing island. Beginning in Hobart we then ventured to Lake St. Claire and ended our day on the wild and rugged west coast town of Strahan. Here we got to enjoy Ocean Beach, the West Coast Railway, and the spectacular Gordon River Cruise, which included a visit to Sarah Island. Our journey then took us into the heart of Tassie to the majestic Cradle Mountain National Park. This area just teems with wildlife and the forests are filled with the energies of the elementals. We continued up to Launceston before travelling down the east coast, visiting Freycinet National Park, and ending back in Hobart.
